Mushroom Life Turkey Tail Extract Powder

Turkey Tail hails from North America and is very common in woodland - normally found on tree stumps or logs. Full of a variety of antioxidants that can help support your immune system as well as helping improve gut bacteria balance.

Usage

Take up to 1/2 a tablespoon per day. Mix into smoothies, coffee, soup or porridge. Our powder is completely versatile and can be mixed into hot or cold food and drink.
We recommend taking alongside a Vitamin C supplement to aid absorption

Not recommended for use under the age of 16.

Turkey Tail should not be taken if on Cyclophosphamide
