Mushroom Life Reishi Extract Powder

Originating from hot and humid locations in Asia, studies have shown Reishi Extract to aid in boosting immunity and recovery.

Usage

Take up to 1/2 a tablespoon per day. Mix into smoothies, coffee, soup or porridge. Our powder is completely versatile and can be mixed into hot or cold food and drink.
We recommend taking alongside a Vitamin C supplement to aid absorption

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Not recommended for use under the age of 16.
